Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is pretty well kept. They are stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are coffee, Slurpees, snacks and this location serves hot food such as fried chicken, taquitos, pizza, and they even make sandwiches to order.
When you are inside this store, you get the feeling you are being watched. If you look around you will see that someone is watching you as if you going to steal something. I was asked to show my pockets because one of the employee thought I had stolen a tea bag.I have never been more humiliated in my entire life. Just avoid this location if you can. These Guys assume most of the customers are theives. If there was negative rating I would give it. I wish I had never gone here. Gas up outside. Avoid going inside.
Bought a gift card from this location and it was voided 2 minutes after purchased. The manager Jaz, Victor and Larry say its not their problem and to contact the Home Depot, so I did.... the Home depot confirmed the card was activate and voided. They stole the $100 from me and are dodging my request for a refund! I have been dealing with them since November. I wonder how many other peoples money they have stolen this way!!!!
Contrary to publication on google maps, it is not open 24 hrs. It is 1:45am Monday and the door is locked.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff at this store are pretty good other than the one I older asain lady. I’ve seen her degrade and talk town to numerous customers. I’ve seen people complain and nothing gets done about it. Joke of a store in my opinion. Not to mention unsanitary
Stopped in, got a beef empanada & a breakfast sandwich here but both were inedible and tasted like soap, waste of money. Super grossed out. Don’t even attempt food here.
One star for the mid aged short haired angry woman that works there, she is shorting people on there lottery tickets. I've been going for years, and the last few months she has tried to get 4 dollars for a 3 dollar 649 ticket a few times. I mean a dollar at a time guys. I caught on right away, when it comes to everything. When I confronted her , she yelled in front of everyone F that, unprofessionally swearing, then threatened me with the police.. to protect herself from the "Google Review". Can you imagine, I'm just a customer, I don't go there to deal with a bad attitude. I just want to win the lotto like everyone else. And if I did anything wrong I would admit to it, Places like this in Canada, you kinda have to record every thing. P.s. I kinda like the younger employees : 7-11 head office hasn't contacted me. It's been over a month, I have tried 2 times.
I would like to complain that this one has for months now not had a working washroom. It is a gas station on a busy highway what kinda I’ve gone to more rough areas and seen them working
Amazing customer care and friendly staff. I purchased $100 prepaid master card which didn't work and the card company wouldn't give me much of a solution. I phoned in the store and spoke to the leader, Guru who professionally handled the situation and found a solution for me. It was a very pleasing experience.
I've had some really good experiences here, as well as some bad. There food always tastes pretty good, and you can't go wrong with their slurpees. The coffee and hot chocolate could be improved.
