I've only ever had one bad visit, the Manager dealt with the situation, The workers who gave me a hard time owned up, and apologized and I got a lil gift, which was unexpected and muchly appreciated! I can totally forgive as we all have bad days! Still a bit baffled, because I never previously had an issue with either worker, actually enjoyed saying hello But its clouds in the air nowwater under the bridge moved on & evaporated I will definitely be returning regularly. Thank you Management!
I don't usually go to 7/11's but stopped here to get gas and a hot drink and they're great. good service and clean pumps
It's 7-Eleven. It's a convenient store - you should know what to expect. That said- it was raining, and I didn't expect them to sell umbrellas. Nice surprise.
okay so I come to 7-Eleven a lot, but today I literally met the most nicest employee on earth. I’m not sure what their name was but they had blond hair or dirty blond and had like a small beard. BEST PERSON EVER
Had a really good experience this morning. Stopped in ~1:30am to grab a couple beverages for the drive home, and I had a nice chat with the lovely young lady behind the counter Natasha, I think? She was extremely pleasant and nice to talk to. She did a good job upselling me on the personal pizzas, too. I bought 2. They were pretty good! She also agreed with me that corporate needs to bring back the cherry crullers. So management - if you are reading this, two things: 1. Cherry crullers. Please bring them back. 2. Natasha is a rock star, and should be promoted. Will likely be back again next time I am in town.
Thank you the 2 young ladies who helped me with my experience on Oct 3rd at 2:30pm .. as I am very upset and I had put my cat down the day before.. then locking my keys in my van with my purse and cell phone after I had already filled and paid for my gas. They were so kind and wonderful to me. They helped me figure out what to do. Letting me use the phone to call since my cell was also locked in the van. They were super nice to me and I cannot thank you both taking the time to help even when it was so busy! You need more staff like these two. ..711 is truly lucky to have these 2 young ladies . I dont know their names but I hope they know they were my Angel's today! Thank you from.the bottom of my heart.

Horrible overnight staff. Rude, snappy, unpleasant, unprofessional. Not sure why your employee chose to roll her eyes when given a 50$ for a 20$ Purchase... But I’ll make sure not to bother her with my money again! Have also asked multiple times when visiting- when was the hot food was last refreshed? Every single time I am responded to with sarcasm or “they don’t go bad”... but with an attitude like that how and why would I trust you... big let down. Should’ve kept the sweet young man who didn’t stand a chance being trained by this awful employee and got rid of the rude old lady herself, but we knew he wouldn’t be comfortable working there after watching how differently she trained him opposed to the young lady working now. Not impressed.
It's a standard 7-Eleven but I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful here. I won a contest a few years back where I got a years supply of a product. The 7-Eleven branded coupons wouldn't scan even though they were legitimate. The staff would process my the coupons without getting frustrated with me, even thought it made for a tedious process for them. The store is kept fairly clean for being downtown. Lines can get long but staff try their best to serve you quickly.
Extremely poor delivery service. Had items wrong on the 2 of 3 times I ordered. 1 time an item was missing completely. Take your chance I guess..
