Well 3 strikes your out. Within the last year have been to this place 3 times all with a dirty store, discussing bathrooms and staff that don't care. Went there yesterday to get a bite and ice coffee to find the ice coffee machine out of liquid and nothing cooked asked the worker to help out and his reply was "sorry I can't help you with that but I'll take the cup of ice you have and we dont have any cooks to make food either" ok so slurppee it is. Nope machine is out of order ok I'll get a coffee no I won't go to find all the machines there out of order also like I said 3 times never going back. The girl who was in there the last 2 times I would hope got fired due to the lack of people skills and being a absolute rude person. Head to the esso or CO-OP if traveling through.
Filthy fuel islands, never have paper towel out at the pumps. Filthy store, filthy bathrooms. This store has a long history of rude, incompetent, slow staff. Not sure why I spent my hard earned money here for as long as I did. ID scanning was the last straw for me, will never be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Happy Mart 500 feet away, or Husky for fuel.
They never have any hot food, just lame sandwiches. The lights over the food warmer weren't even turned on, so you know there won't be any chicken any time soon.
I have been to a lot of 7-11s but none are as friendly and helpful as this one. The staff are friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the store is well organized. Amandeep was incredible and so kind and patient with my children. She took the time to explain the Rewards Program to ensure I received discounted products. Excellent service!
On 3 separate occasions I’ve tried to fuel up and the pumps were down and this last time after trying at the pump and inside the store I was charged a total of $375 with out receiving any fuel.. and no effort to refund my money. Not a pleasant experience and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere for now on. Terrible experience.
Bathrooms are usually filthy and very poorly designed. Womans bathroom is downright dangerous due to the swing of the doors. Can't believe Seven Eleven allows such terrible standards.
This used to be to the place to stop for the best wedges. Stopped here today and nothing. Not a thing.
Unfortunately this location has poor leadership that is unable to address many poorly behaving senior staff. Witnessing poor health and safety within their kitchen and the high pressure for every staff to boost sales during a pandemic and massive financial strain times, so sad. There were a small group of staff that were lovely people - but on a daily basis they voiced feeling over worked and under appreciated. Massive focus to do more with less as the all mighty budget was the most important thing brought up.
Remembered one larger man who worked there from my visit here a few months ago who was pretty rude to me but didn't review as maybe he was having a bad day. Came back today and again just comes across as so rude with no people skills in the slightest and pretty sure he couldn't care less about how his negative demeanor is perceived.
Easy access, quick stop, fuel, chicken. Convenience. Some of the staff are outright rude, and extremely slow service. This 7-11 has gone downhill over the past few years. Getting run down and not clean.
