This is a warning to everyone that comes to this place often. For the last 4 times within a month period my mom has been to this place to buy lottery tickets and every single time they have charged her twice. Okay I believe once or twice a year maybe it was a mistake but its every time consistently back to back. She has bank statements to prove it, she has gone back to the store to show them and they keep denying it, so if she caught this already 4 times no telling how many other customers they are ripping off at this place. Please check your bank statements right away or bank accounts right away after you go there and buy anything. They are doing this on purpose and stealing from customers by charging twice. This is illegal activity they are performing at this store. Stop going there!
The parking lot is in dire need of repairs and painting. Inside is good and friendly staff no issues there.
What you can always count on with 7-Eleven is consistency. They are like the McDonalds of convenience, well in the sense of uniformity. The only main thing to set them apart and like all franchise chains. The people behind the counter. Of course there is different demographics and inputs in their respective settings. I mean to say the quality of the employees and their appreciation for their role and the relationship with customers on a day to day standard. This location has great customer service. The people their are nice, welcoming and professional as you would expect. The standard is kept and well respected.
On my way to work i stop to get some coffe like i always do and honestly very very bad customer service. In few words I been managed few different store and restaurant, if the owner of this 7-11 can see this comment, i would love to take care of your store. Unfortunately the people you have working on the morning OMG they don't have any any customers services at all ! ! !. If i was the GM i would be so EMBRACE of this situations
I was there tonight helped by this blond girl that says her name is Shelby at least is what she said but no name tag. But had the worst customer service I have ever seen. She helped other ppl before us and was completely rude to my friend. Then didn't want to tell me her managers name and when they would be there until her co worker comes around the corner. I'm just saying that I would go somewhere els before I go back there again.
Evie is my favorite, but, the whole crew is very helpful, and I like the service.
This location is very easy to find right off the highway.
A nice spot to grab a snack or drink. Nothing particularly special about this location. It's usually clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is the same as any other franchise location.
Went in for a free slurpee today. Sign on the door said they were out... checked inside, still had slurpees, just not free ones any more, they were out. What the?
It's 7-Eleven they're the same all over the world exactly except the ones here in Oregon I haven't noticed too many to have a gas station right with it
