Always hit 7-11 for a Slurpee whenever I’m passing through Bronte, there used to be three 7-11’s in Oakville this one being the last of them, have been going here 35 years.
I've been going to this 7-Eleven for almost 25 years as I've lived in Oakville mostly Bronte during this time. The staff have always been good to me. I'm so happy that my little town has a 24 hr store and hope they always keep it open 24 hours. Just wish Micky D's was open 24!
i was with 2 of my friends who r girls. we are 14 years old and very harmless. we walked from the beach and wanted to get something to drink at 7-11. as soon as we walked in the employees told us to leave our bags at the front with them, with very bad altitude. moments later a mother walked in with her daughter and a backpack on, they didn't even ask her to put the bags down. 5 minutes later a man walked in with a bag he was not asked to put his bag down. we were confused why we had to but no one else. is it because we are teenagers, and stereotyped to do bad stuff such as stealing? very disappointed with the workers. i will be telling my friends and family about it. customers losted.
I felt really Disturbed and unwelcomed by the attitude of one of the cashiers. I was waiting patiently at the counter for a hot dog for quite a while waiting for the cashier with her back turn to me to help me, and after she didn't notice me, I politely asked "hey when you get a second can you please help?" She turned around and snarled very rudely "what!?" And I asked for a hotdog, I saw her package the item and literally throw it onto the counter to cash me out. I really didn't do anything wrong, wore a mask, was super polite, but her attitude was aggressive and I felt scared tbh. I've never experienced anything like this at any 7-Eleven and I am very disappointed. Please do better
I had forgotten a mask so I put my shirt over my face. I was then yelled at upon opening the door with finger pointing. I walked back home and got a mask and came back. Grabbed a drink and asked for my cigarettes while holding my ID. I was asked 3 times in the rudest way “what” “what” “what”. The clerk turned and slammed the cigarette drawer. I told her she had quite the attitude and should watch her mouth when serving customers. People like this should NOT be employed.
Sunday evening around 5pm in store found staff in store more interested in talking on their phone rather then helping me !!! Seems too be the way things are done. Rather disappointed. Service in the past was extremely good. Roughly a year ago things were so much better.
Always enjoy stopping in first thing in the morning before 6am for my morning coffee and especially enjoy the great interation with the staff. Always a happy and friendly conversation.
Ive been away from this store for a while due to the fact the young girl that works night...very disrespectful..very argumentative i was so disgusted with her behaviour its been 2006 ive been a customer and was never treated this way before i actually walked out and left what i was ordering on the counter...i litetally asked her for her name and she turned her back to me...arguing with me
I love this place and the service is usually good. The location now is an Uber Eats place which is cool... but telling customers who have already been waiting in line 10 minutes "hold on. Uber Eats order take priority over everything else. Its very important" is probably not the best thing to say.. i understand if it is.. but it's bad customer relations to tell them they aren't as important as a website order that just popped up. I wasnt angry but all of the Karens and Betty's in the area would raise hell if told that.
I am very disappointed with a customer service every time I go i try to ignore her so many time the girl working night shift always talk very disrespectful i ll never go back again very rude especially with brown people
