Bought a slush drink. Within 5 minutes, it was showing very clear signs of spoilage, as well as a foul taste. I brought it in to alert the staff and ask for a refund. Not only did they not refund the spoiled item they sold to me, the staff clearly could not care less about customer service. I received dry and sarcastic responses to my complaint, and a half-hearted offer for an exchange. They didn’t even bother to take the spoiled item out of service. I’ve reported this location to the health department, but in the meantime, I would strongly suggest not going.
Id give lower but that's not possible, the store always has a terrible smell and the gas pumps are slower then the second coming and never give receipts - I have to use the fuels pumps here for work or I would never darken this hell hole again. The customer service dont even get me started on that.
Terrible service. Paid with cash and the cashier just left my change bunch of coins on the counter even though i was literally in front of her holding my hand out. Food hygiene is also terrible, employees were touching their hair and poking their nose before serving food.
Typical 7-11 but the diesel pumps are terrible. The diesel pumps do not pump at normal rates and takes 30 minutes to fill my truck. I mentioned this to the manager and they said it would be fixed, but when I was back a week later, still not fixed.
I visited this 7-Eleven location today to pick up a DoorDash order. The staff member named Christan was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of politely asking me to place the order bag down, she simply threw it on the floor—completely unacceptable behavior in any workplace.nnThis is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her. I’ve been to this location 2-3 times before, and each time, she has been consistently rude and disrespectful.nnThis location seriously needs to work on its customer service. Christan could benefit from proper training in basic workplace etiquette, patience, and how to treat customers with respect.
