This store is filthy. The store has a very foul odor. The workers are not professional. The food is always old and dry. And they talk to you any type of way and don't expect you to get upset
Horrible experience called and before I could finish my question the guy that answered quickly said something and i said excuse me and he was quite then he start talking to others ignoring me on the line . I would never do buisness here can’t treat you right on the phone could only imagine service in person.

Ok so you’ve read all the reviews. They are all true. I’ve seen a fist fight between the cashier and a customer! They often curse their heads off when people ask simple questions! Terrible is a compliment to what this place is! I’ve also seen MANY people kicked out of the store for thing they’ve done, which in any other store the employees would’ve apologized for! A disgrace to walk into!

Today was free slupee day and the staff locked the doors. They said wait 15 minutes the machine is broken. Then they returned with a box full of only pina colada flavor. They said only flavor had. Then one yelled come back tomorrow and spend money. I was shocked at the comment. Especially if door locked and no one could enter to make a purchase. Staff pretty much shut the event day down two hours early.
If advertising or discounts or promotions TV excetera relied on me to stay in business the store would be out of business. What I mean is I simply go to the most convenient no pun intended store where I am going and I stopped I am not particularly local to either 711 or its major competitor Wawa. I was always a Wawa guy because it was in my near vicinity of travel but now having moved to Lakewood 711 is my shop. Upon my first impression a female owner operator I was very impressed and surprised and you go girl Amber you're doing a bang-up job! The store is meticulously laid out never a piece of crumb on the floor always clean and the workers are extremely polite. Recently Amber took the initiative and put a large tent out in a parking lot what she pays for anyway might as well utilize a space and she took the initiative and the brains to sell fireworks which I find extremely positive! Always impressed with the store always impressed with the hot coffee and fresh butter rolls! The store actually deserves 5 stars but I never give anyone five stars because there is always room for improvement improve improve improve and keep doing what you're doing!
I went there once on 7-11 when they give free Slurpies. They were very rude about it and didn't want to give them even though I was will to pay full price for them. I called 7-11 Corporate and they sent me coupons for free Slurpies which this location didn't even want to accept!! Another time, I had a friend who was passing by and really needed the restroom, which they didn't allow him to use. He ended up going outside by the bushes in the back and got a ticket from a police. True story.
My 3 yr old by mistake dropped his slurpee and the guy behind the counter wouldn't give me paper towels to clean it up until I waited till he was done checking out all the other customers. When he finally gave me, he gave me like 2 which I told him wasn't enough and he didn't answer. When I came back for more he made me wait again. Then he charged me for 2 slurpees!!! Never again! I'd rather go to quick check
No napkins no straws till after you pay. Always on their phone. I asked for a second straw they got so upset. I offered to pay for it. Still wouldn't give it. Grumpiest store ever
