Would give a zero if there was one. We ordered chicken wings, chicken stripped, and chicken on a stick nobody could eat them they were so dried out. Absolutely disgusting to serve something like that. I would have returned them if we weren't traveling and had left already. Ordered same again at Rosetown was very good. I guess some owners have more pride in their businesses than others...
Ordered 3 chicken strips, so small , breading fell off, cold, tasted like it had been sitting for days. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. 7/11 chicken strips used to be the best but in last year or so seem like scraps.only reason for 2 stars wedges were ok.
I find it highly disrespectful to truckers and travelers.. 711s used to have hit food 24/7. Not this one..
Cashier was rude but they had a bathroom at 5AM and apparently that's hard to find these days in Canada
Stopped on our way through Kindersly and went to get nachos and a chai tea.nThe chai tea was straight water, so I chose something else. The cheese machine for the nachos was empty, so when the girl at the till had no customers my hubby told her the cheese was empty. She took her time getting a new bag and installing it into the machine. When we were done with the cheese, we proceeded to the till and my hubby said, “ the cheese machine is dripping a bit”. It was actually globbing cheese from both the chilli and cheese nozzles. The cashier replied with, “ I’ll get to it later”. Then I asked if the chai latte wasn’t working, and her reply was,” I’ll deal with it later”.nWe didn’t ask for anything special, just pointed out something and asked about the one thing I made my hubby stop at 7-11 for.... the chai tea.nEven when I said to her,” thank you , have a good night”... she never smiled, replied or anything.nWhat has happened to customer service???!!!nWould it hurt her to speak politely to customers or act like she enjoys her job???nWow...... what a negative experience.nHope no one actually asks for her to assist them with a purchase
