Worst Management ever seen in my life, I drive taxi and looking garbage all over the gas station and tried to reach out manager to complain about that but over the week no manager available at store at all. 0 star rating for this place and management.
Went to grab a few things here. Ended up being laughed by the staff stocking up. I won't be giving this business my money, and I won't be back if this is how their staff is going to treat customers.
Stopped by at this 7 eleven for quick snack on my first visit to prince Rupert. Girl who served me was polite and quick. Bought whole pizza that she made for me price was descent and it tasted good.
Average food selection, sadly, the slurpee machine is always broken, and the interior is always messy
Sadly given rude customer service almost every time I go here now, and just tonight my boyfriend was sworn at by Raqualnot sure of spelling just leaving review for warn others.
Service is horrible. Hot food is never fresh. Staff stops cooking food at 10 pm. I've asked to have a set a wings cooked for me, they refused. People who work graveyard shifts get poor service because staff thinks we're drunks or stoned comming in for a late night snack. This is the worst ran 7/11 I've ever walked into. I've been to dozens of 7/11 stores and always have had food cooked upon request, It didn't matter if it was at 3 pm or 3 am. Never have I been refused a requested order. This has happened on multiple times and I'm officially sick of it.
Best customer service. I am addicted to their chicken sandwich. Staff is really friendly. They always have best energy drink deals.
It’s always next level disgusting in there, like the uncleanliness is shocking.
It's a 7-11, not much to say!! Frequently under construction, but doesn't really interfere with service. Staff are friendly and they have a small selection of Asian snacks that caught us off guard. You can count on them to always have new flavours of things, at least.
