Very Professional crew. They were on time. Did a very professional job. Didn't leave until all operations of the equipment were explained to my wife and I. Ensured that the work areas were cleaned. Would highly recommend this company.

The service is great, without a doubt. The part pricing is absurd though. 100$+ for a ten dollar thermocouple is what they charged me. I don't know why I didn't look this up when the technician was on site. Don't let your ignorance get the best of you like it did me! Dishonest!

Kyle stopped by today to fix a leaking fitting above my boiler, great service, very pleasant to deal with. I have always had top notch service from these guys, excellent work always!

Technicians smoking in my house. Equipment malfunctioning or broken by tech. Avoidable repeat service appointments. Hours of missed work spent waiting for service. Poor customer service. Brian Eadie, after our concerns went unaddressed I posted a review similar to this one on your business Facebook page. You commented a simple apology and said you would contact me directly. I expected a phone call, 5 seconds of sympathy, verbal assurance that it wouldn’t happen again, instead you mailed me a condescending and unprofessional letter. You deleted my negative Facebook review, disabled my permission to post or comment and I feel that you do this with other negative feedback, falsifying your company’s online rating. Do not give this man your money or your time.
