Wow. Clerical help is useless. Kept getting transfered and transfered until I finally reached a message machine that doesn't take messages. Had to go back to the court twice for the exact same pre trial conference. What in the world is going on there?

Smart TV says "Just another Slow"ell (aka LowellHell). If you want justice do not go to Lowell unless you are very very young and have a lot of time to waste. The lawyer/s there are scum & permitted to lie to the Judges Court etc rampent unpunished perjury is reportedly allowed there

Literally called 23 times to try to get important information from the clerk. On the 24th call I finally got to speak with someone and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was calling during normal hours.

Everyone was nice and helpful, and understanding, including the judge I saw. I've had to deal with court, fines, etc before and this is one of the better courts. Just because I got caught doing something illegal, does not make me hate this place..

Terrible to deal with never answer their phones and if they do put you on hold. Ask you to leave a message but won't call you back.
