Perfect place to park if you're going to the Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall.

The 1st hour is free!  Plenty of parking, but if your vehicle has some height then you'll need to park on the ground floor.  There is a Sky Bridge to Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall, so no weather on you while going shopping.

The top level is great for relaxing and playing basket ball.  Sunsets look amazing from up here, so consider taking some pictures of the sunset and the town of Anchorage.
