From the outside, it looks like a massive cathedral, be sure to have enough battery life as you’ll want to take several photos. The inside is just as breathtaking, giving it almost a 1920s vibe. I’m going to start with the drinks….Johnny is much more than just a mixologist, in my boyfriends exact words, “he’s a genius!” Let him know what you like, he can craft a drink like no other! Waitstaff is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The chef did an outstanding job with everything! The Crispy Brussel Sprout Appetizer is a must try! The wedge salad was so flavorful and delicious, the walnut salad is great for cinnamon lovers. The wagyu and the vaca steaks were amazing, I recommend the signature sauce. The waitress did an amazing job making sure the steaks were cooked exactly as we described in our preference. The truffle fries are just like the truffle fries you get at Chef Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, absolutely mouth watering and leaves you wanting more. This location definitely exceeded my expectations and gets full 5 stars in every category, from service to food.
I normally don’t write reviews but after our last experience at the 5 restaurant and no response from management after 2 attempts to contact them with no reply back I find it necessary to do this review. My wife and I have had a great and terrible experience dining here. Our first time everything was absolutely great, service , food and overall experience. Our 2nd visit was completely the opposite other than the wait staff was very friendly. Both of our meals on the 2nd visit were terrible, ranking the quality of the food close to what you would get at a truck stop . See attached pics . The first steak was tender , juicy and delicious the 2 nd steak was thin , tough and at least 20 % Fat. Even the broccoli was over cooked. The steak in both pictures was the 16oz ribeye @ $58.00 . I just grilled a $10.00 steak that I bought at Costco that was much better than the steak from our 2nd visit . I would like to blame some of the issues we had on our 2nd visit if they were very busy but in both cases we had 5 pm reservations and we were the first to seat . Even with being first to seat it took them 45 + min to get our food. So there you have my review, the disappointing part of all of this is the lack of response from the management staff after 2 emails noting our experience. I hope that when you read this review you take pause if your thinking about going to this restaurant.
This place was too loud and not a place to have intimate dinner. Food- Was ok but, not best. My filet mignon was not seasoned was very bland and a bit dry. Husbands ribeye was good. Portions are small. Dessert taste like they were from grochery store. Cocktail drinks are over priced $16 a cocktail. I had to talk very loud due to the loud environment. Not at all what I thought, disappointed!
Bar is under construction. Do not let that stray you. Dining room is not. Bar tender makes the best Old Fashions! Hands down! All the staff is down to earth with professionalism. Food is very good as well. Good food, great staff, and those Old Fashion’s.
The location was very nice and our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu, the specialty salad I ordered with salmon wasn't my cup of tea, way too much going on! The waiter and manager came to see what the issue was specifically with my meal and offered another choice but I politely declined. I may go back to try the steak, hopefully it's a better experience.
Amazing service! The people truly make this place! Candy, the hostess, is a sweetheart. Always willing to help in any way! Johnny, the mixologist, is phenomenal. His service is outstanding & what you would expect or a high end restaurant. And his drinks are to die for, presentation & taste!
Everything was amazing as always! Was happy to see so many familiar faces including John, Hope, Cassie and Johnny the bartender. Food was great and drinks were great. Can't wait to go back.Food: 5/5

The service and the food were great, the ambience was very nice and quiet.
30th Anniversary dinner tonight at the Five was spectacular! Surf and turf and the dessert was the best we ever had. Our compliments to the Chef, John, Eric and our server Bridget who provided outstanding service.
