Booked a load with Jessica L. She then cancelled on me because they did not have their information right with the truck, my load would have put him over weight. Get your information straight, make sure your driver provides you with accurate info, DO NOT book loads if you have no idea what your driver has on his truck. They are not on the same page and it causes problems. Don't call me asking me if the customer can break the load down, take some off, etc because YOU are not prepared. Tread lightly, make sure they have the room, weight, equipment, etc before you send a Rate Confirmation like I did with 100% accurate info.

I don't recommend any customers have a business with them.
