This place is hidden but when you do find it it’s worth every penny! It’s definitely a take out spot. It looks like donut spot a first glance. They make your chicken fresh! So you will have a 15/20 min wait time depending on how much chicken you order! The chicken is steaming hot and delicious! I normally get the spicy chicken breast combo. BrownsRUs:YT

I must say my review is for the service here, I didn't have any food as I was there picking up a delivery order. This is the first time someone actually went through the order with me to ensure it was correct as he put it in the bag and I just thought that was really amazingly good service. I just wanted to recognize the man at the counter and thank him for that. He made sure his customer was getting the proper order and was very thorough. Makes me want to go there, that's for sure, and I will!

Dont think twice, it is 2023 and this is now on my #1 list when im craving for fried chicken, this humble place is homey and there are friendly ladies ready to take your orders with a smile, the fried chicken is outstanding, served piping hot, very crispy on the outside and the inside meat is tender and juicy! Been there a couple of times, nice owners and good service. Food is ok too. Muffins could taste a little better and two issues in men's washroom needs to be addressed: one, is the men's urinal that is out of the order and the second is the toilet's door's lock is broken.

A couple years ago I would've given a 5 star review. I was recommending specifically this location the Lawrence location is way greasier, still is to all my friends, family, and even coworkers because their food was good and their prices were so much lower than any of the big names. Even throughout the pandemic and the price hikes, I was still frequenting 4C minimum three times a month because of their 10pc dark meat daily special and their 50pc wings Sunday special. But I don't think I'll be going as often anymore. These specials have risen at least $5 since precovid prices which is whatever since they're still cheaper than anything else you'd find out there anyways. But I've been screwed on the wait times far too often. I always call ahead and when they say 20 mins, too many times I've waited double, sometimes triple that for freshly fried chicken. One time I called ahead and when I arrived 20 mins later, I still waited another hour for their Sunday special. They at least admitted that they mistakenly gave my order to a walk-in customer. All the other times, they fall back on the excuse that they're "busy" but when it happens to me so many times, I'd call that a pattern. There are so many different ways to address this issue: 1. Get better at estimating wait times 2. Provide free WiFi for your customers 3. Hire more staff if you're seriously that busy Their chicken is good, it's fine. I honestly don't care if some of their wings have a stray feather to pluck because nothing's perfect but my girlfriend hates it and she loses her appetite when she notices. I've stopped ordering their gravy because on two separate occasions, something tasted really off about it. I'm not gonna say I won't come back here because their food is still good and their prices are still competitive but I'm worried if I call an hour ahead, my food won't be fresh anymore

Last night I decided to try their 2pc walk-in special, price is great, but that's all that is great, wait time to long, fries were undercooked, chicken looks like it's cooked in a depfryer, not a brooster pressure cooker deepfryer, seriously if you're in Niagara Falls go to Falls Manor resort and restaurant, and you taste the way brooster chicken should taste, priced very reasonable that's why the locals get their boxes of 30-60 pieces of chicken and pickup time is dead on, this place has been there for ever, prices from before and after covid-19 been almost the same, no overload of coating on the chicken 4C has a lot to learn, before they are even close to this, Dec 10 2022 Parking: Limited parking available Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly at all Dietary restrictions: Be carefull food is very greasy

Worse service. Place advertises prices online and doesnt honor prices. No prices posted in the store. No new menu showing price changes. Dont believe that they changed the prices. I believe i got ripped offService: 1/5

It is a good place to grab your sandwich or your coffee. Friendly staff,good quality food and delicious ....... what else we need!!?Food: 5/5

They have the best fried chicken better than Popeyes & Church.
