A great experience from start to finish. After requesting a quote for upholstery cleaning I received a response just moments later from Adel. On the morning of our scheduled appointment, Adel messaged me, asking if he and his colleague Paolo could come earlier due to a cancelled appointment. He even offered to pick me up Starbucks coffee, which was very nice. Both Adel and Paolo worked quickly and carefully, carrying equipment in carts suitable for apartment/condo elevators.  Both gentlemen were very friendly and good humoured. They cleaned and treated the loveseat and it looks fabulous. I highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN and look forward to booking them again.

I called asking for an appointment in two days as my rugs, and upholstery had not been cleaned in 3 years! The woman who manages the phone and work processing was excellent! She called back promptly to tell me she would have a crew for two days hence. The staff did an excellent deep cleaning job, were efficient, did the work in the time agreed upon and ensured that every detail was completed!.
