Cost $3000 worth of damages to my cousin's car and REFUSED to pay for the damages. Drained my cousin's savings for school. As a result, they removed the ability to leave reviews on their Facebook page.

I've been bringing my vehicles to 41Auto for nearly 7 years and have zero intentions of going elsewhere.

Had a head gasket go on my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Brought it in for a diagnostic and they were in constant contact with my family keeping us up to date. Price seemed to be reasonable for fixing the issue, brakes replaced, electrical issue looked at and other tune-ups performed. I was able to borrow a vehicle from them for the time in the shop as well. Work was surprisingly fast. Got my car back after 2 days.
