I would strongly recommend this company for any types of service for example: A/C, Humidifiers, Furnace motors, BBQ gas hookups and Exhaust fan and many more.  I have had all of these done and the company has given me exceptional service, staff go out of there way to help and are there to answer all your questions.  If you think you need a new furnace and you don't, they just won't sell you one!!  Myself - I will keep going back as the Customer Service is 100%, and the Price is Reasonable...

These guys did a hot water tank install for my grandpa through home depot. The guy showed up, disconnected the old tank and brought in the new one. Then he says that my grandpa needs a new breaker line for the tank even though it's the same size electrical tank, nothing changed. Says it's going to be 265 dollars. My grandpa had already paid home depot for the install and said he didn't understand why it would be so much to run a red wire to the breaker and the guy said if you don't pay me right now I'm leaving and you won't have anything hooked up. My 94 year old grandpa paid him and then we went to home depot and they returned his money. I'm not sure if this was one crooked guy or if it's a crooked company but don't take advantage of elderly people it's disgusting.

Update: I think the correct response should have been an apology. Your employee should have told my grandfather that he would need to pay for the extras BEFORE he disconnected the old tank and removed it. Removing the tank, telling him he needed to pay 265 dollars, and then THREATENING TO LEAVE IF HE DIDN'T PAY UP is bad business no matter how you slice it. WOULD ANY OF YOU WANT YOUR ELDERLY GRANDPARENTS TREATED THAT WAY? In my opinion Home Depot returned the money for a reason and that's because you guys failed the customer. The expert (retired plumber) from the plumbing department and the manager that used to run that department both agreed that the charge was not necessary and that the way my grandfather was treated was unacceptable. There is a way to treat people and you guys missed the mark.

These guys have been nothing short of being great to us. After extensive research on the products they carry, I chose them. Other companies seemed to not want to do business with us or had the time of day.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Ross for the installation of a new hot water tank from Home Depot. Randy was incredibly professional and thorough. He arrived right on time (even a little early) and really did a great job at removing the old tank and installing a new one (including extending the cold water pipe to the bottom of the new tank). He ensured throughout that there were no leaks on the floor and tidied up completely after finishing the job. He is a great asset and would recommend him to anyone.
