When I came to 360 lending I talked to the most amazing broker Danielle she is the most amazing person I've talked to. Over 25 years I have dealt with many different brokers but none and I mean none have even come close to Danielle. She got on my case immediately giving me piece of mind. The past couple of years have been incredibly challenging. Not everybody has access to a traditional mortgage or loan. The stress with dealing and managing this can often be very overwhelming. From the moment I reached out, Matthew & Arthur were extremely attentive and proactive in finding the right mortgage solution for me. From giving me regular updates during the process to referring me to the right fit for my situation, I was extremely pleased with the service provided. Not to mention the ease of mind they provided, which is huge. I knew they were working with my best interests in mind. This is THE only company to contact if you ever need a loan!!!! I cannot believe what pros Dimitri Anastasiou and Ringo So are!! I will say they both hustled and really helped me out with a tight deadline. Constant communication and stayed in touch and kept me up to date with my file. Definitely the team you want working with you. I will be happy recommend 360 Lending to friends and family without hesitation! They even called after the loan was approved, just as a courtesy!
What made my experience great was the personal care they took. Calling me with updates, letting me know what was coming up next. They made me feel like I was the only person in the world. Robin, Melanie gave me full royal treatment, they called me back immediately if I left a message or had a question. They helped me visualize my dream and helped me make it happen. I am so appreciative off all the hard work they did for me.
I have a great experience with gentleman whose names are DIMITRI ANASTASIOU and Adam Michell helped me throughout loan process last week and half. I am a slow learner and English is my second language makes me hard to understand it all but they help me step by step and easy way to explain it to me to quickly understand. It was very fast solution they offer me to solve the financial problems. I can recommend this company anyone who is going through financial crush in their sickness or lost job. I am glad that I made a one phone call made peaceful of my life again.

Ringo So was excellent and very empathetic during our mortgage process. He was able to find a lender for us in a very unlikely situation, and was very responsive and made sure we were all on the same page throughout the process.
