I love it here. Not only are the other tenants friendly and courteous. The apartments are affordable, well taken care of by maintenance and the owners. The fitness room is a great place to go on the treadmill or elyptical, there's a party room where tenants have coffee and play games and if your right for space for family coming to visit. The have guest rooms your extra guests can use. These are some of the beautiful pics I've taken from the building. Great scenery.
It’s a great place to live with great views. Unfortunately there are some things that can done to better the building. Most of the apartments could do with some updating - flooring, kitchen etc, the elevators are very slow and could also be updated as they are older, visitor parking is not available which is unfortunate. It’s easier to call the management office if there is a concern with the apartment instead of doing an online maintenance request as they do not respond in an appropriate time frame with these.
Its a big appartment building with some excellent views when you walk out as its river side area. The building itself seems little old but in good condition. Manager Lydia was very co operative with us through out whatever problem we faced.nMost of memories are good ones.nBesides all the residents are all decent and professionals.
Nice place to live affordable pet friendly and wealchair accessible lot's of space but only one problem with the place it's Roger's internet connection is horrible and the phone services not great
i wish i could give them 0 star. very bad experience. the apartments are so expensive yet they are not worth it. people are stealing laundry from the machines. their elevators never worked properly. most of the time their main door lock remain broken. it was awful to be there. they only cares about the rent.
