I have been to many restaurants but 328 is amazing,,,butternut soup, dumplings, poutine and the most amazing chicken burger that I have ever had. A great and extensive list of ales and crafted beer. The thing is I do not drink beer but I believe I am on a new adventure. The food has been thoughtfully prepared and presented. Flavours that make me feel like I am being serenaded into the world of foodie enjoyment. The thing is that it is pub....the kind of pub that makes you want to come back again and again.
Amazing beer and food. I did flight and one was a suggestion from our server and it was the best, chestnut lager. Food fish and chips and the pulled pork poutine, amazing flavour. Cooked perfect.
Great place for beer, but expect average bar food. Lots of craft beer options though! The staff were great, and the manager worked fast to resolve some issues we had with orders. The interior is modern and clean and would be great to hang out and watch sports.
Very nice meal. The service was excellent and my ice tea never saw the bottom of the glass. We recommend 328 Taphouse.
The place is made up nice. Pizza and Burgers are good. Beer is great. The „Pretzels“ are a joke, you should call them something else… The Tips at this place start at 18%, thats a joke and frankly the reason some people might not tip at all. Maybe incorporating fair wages into the prices and paying them to all employees would be the better option. Oh and please get a non alcoholic drink menu.
Ordered a burger and fries from Skip. Needless to say I was disappointed. The food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive at my door I live about 10 minutes away and the driver didn't take the long way. When it arrived the lettuce was nasty see photo, the fries were soggy, the pretzel bun was stale, the meat overcooked and it felt like the entire dish had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I understand food taking a little longer during busy periods but the lack of care and attention that went into this meal is not good. The entire meal went into the trash. I doubt I'll ever recommend the food here. Edit: Since having posted this I have sent an email as requested. It has been over a month without having received a response I have checked my spam folder as well which tells me that they are less concerned about dealing with their problems and are replying to reviews to make it look like they care.
Enormous selection of craft beers on tap. Good food. I find the patio to be a little odd, like you are in a fishbowl, but they worked with what they had. I haven't looked to see if they still have a happy hour menu for cheap eats, hopefully they still do.Food: 5/5
I have been a long time patron of 328 and am disappointed with the latest changes to the menu. I dined there on 6 Oct 22 and the hamburger was dry and lacked flavor, and onion rings are no longer available. This pub has one of the best on tap beer selections around and great service, but the menu may disappoint. Go for the beer, but don't expect to find pub food staples on the menu.
The beer selection is great, especially if you like IPA's! The service is pretty good. Food is very mediocre, good but nothing special. Kinda feels like they put a pub in a space meant for Whitespot. The music seems like a 15 year old girl picked it.
Very cool Ambience….food is so good and the staff is very friendly,could have been better if the service was quick.
