3 Sheeps Brewing began in 2012 in the basement of a local bar, and moved to our current (giant) location last year. We pride ourselves on taking a scientific approach to crafting unique yet approachable beers brewed with Heart and Science.

We’re explorers. We’re meticulously well researched. We’re balanced. We’re trustworthy, but with a penchant for pushing people’s boundaries. We brew beers that nobody else is brewing, in ways that nobody else is brewing them, with ingredients that others are afraid to use.

And here’s the kicker: every single beer we brew, no matter how extreme the ingredients or processes may be, is approachable and balanced. Because we believe the best beer you can drink is one you enjoy.
