Decided to order after reading a few Google reviews. Ordered a medium with hot peppers, bacon crumble, hot Italian sausage, pepperoni, tandoori spice, chili pepper and garlic. The toppings were plentiful however I was a bit disappointed with the hot Italian sausage as there was only one large piece on each slice. I do believe that they forgot to add the tandoori spice, chili pepper and garlic which I was really looking forward to. Overall I would rate this pizza a 3 out of 5. The value of 12.99 was definitely a good price
This is the best real pizza you can get in town. Quality and great taste the only pizza I order if I’m having a party and everyone loves it. People ask where is this from? I say 241 dumb b. They don’t rip you off on size or toppings. Lately most other za I grab is getting skimpy.
Ordered 2 small pizzas for pickup..we had previously only ever grabbed slices from this location..you can tell they take care making the pizzas here not like a big chain that just throws the toppings on...every slice had equal amounts of toppings etc..and the staff is always friendly! We will 100% be reordering our pizzas from this location in the future! Way to go guys you make a delicious pizza! See you again soon
I had a terrible experience here. The staff was unfriendly from the get go. My friend is a vegetarian, but I love meat, so I got pepperoni and bacon on one half and veggies on the other. They make you pay extra to split the pizza in half, which is fine EXCEPT for the fact that they gave me a full pepperoni and bacon pizza. I called them when I noticed but they said that because I had already left the store, there was “nothing they could do about it”. They were also extremely rude the entire phone call. So my friend had to go out and grab a slice from Pizza Pizza while I sat there eating a mud-grade pizza in front of her. 1/5 stars for order accuracy, 1/5 stars for customer service, generous 3/5 stars for overall taste.
Just straight up quick, delicious, and well executed. We got a pair of panzerotti, and they were cooked perfectly — perfect amount of sauce, perfect ratio of toppings, and a crispy outer bite, ooey gooey cheesy saucy on the inside. Definitely get the free chilis and tandoori seasoning. Just the right amount of spice from both to kick up the flavor to eleven. Certainly ordering again, and stopping by when we're in that end of town. — Forgot to mention — the order we made came through SkipTheDishes weird on their end for some reason, but instead of just guessing like some places would, they called and confirmed what toppings belonged on what. Just the extra customer service that made it a great buy!
After living in Barrie and moved to Midland. My son visited his friend in Barrie. He accidentally left his wallet behind and they held onto it for about 7 months and absolutely nothing was touched! My son is a very happy man and this mom is so very grateful for their kindness and honesty!!! Your super staff is amazing! From an old customer for walking over for the walk-in large pizza pepperoni cheese after Friday night open swim at the Holy Recreational Center.
Edited to Add June 17 2021: despite the response below and a response from their facebook page telling me to reach out I have -NOT- been contacted based on two calls and an email I have sent to their parent company. Not only was the service horrible, the product potentially dangerous, the follow up is nothing but saving face with no follow up. I ordered pizza from the Barrie location tonight. I ordered ham, onion and green pepper. When I arrived I was informed that they had added pineapple "free of charge" and that they could add green pepper at "no charge" if I wanted. I do not like pineapple on pizza so I asked for the order to be remade. He said to give him 5-7 minutes. I sat outside the restaurant while they 'remade' the pizza. 3 minutes later they had 'finished' my pizza. When I arrived home to eat my pizza the cheese was EXTREMELY thick, the green pepper was raw AND there was pineapple IN the layers of cheese when I ate a slice. The first piece of pineapple I came across I aggressively spit out and my dog ate it off the floor, so I was concerned I wouldn't have proof, the second piece that I found in a different slice, after I composted the first slice, is in the attached photo. They OBVIOUSLY picked off the pineapple and put on green pepper and maybe barely rewarmed it in the oven. I called to express my concern and the person on the phone insisted the pizza was a new one and that the pineapple must have been on the pizza cutter. Which sounds completely unsanitary to me. He further stated that the original incorrect pizza was still at the store and he'd send it if I wanted it. I declined. He further said that the original incorrect pizza had been put in the fridge to be used the next day. Which also doesn't seem like a proper food handling process. Regardless of whether the topping was picked off or the order was contaminated by dirty equipment this is completely unacceptable. Had this been an allergy I would have been poisoned and the individual did nothing but argue with me loudly on the phone when I called.
Best pizza in Barrie by far. It's the only place we get pizza from.
I've been buying the XL pizza's on Tuesday's because its BUY ONE GET ONE FREE !! I get 2x Pepperoni and Extra Cheese, the pizza is amazing every time and I've never a bad experience. : There was 1 incident ever where he accidentally made 2 Large instead of 2 XL pizzas and before we even got to the store he ALREADY HAD A 3RD PIZZA MADE. Instead of having to wait or argue our order the mistake was already fixed and he gave us extra pizza with no additional charge. Great pizza place and great people, I just finished half of my pizza and the moment I click post on this review I will be attempting to eat the other half.
I used to order from a well known chain but recently I've been ordering from 241 in Barrie and I'm a huge fan. When you order x-cheese they actually give you x-cheese! Sauce is delicious and it's always delivered piping hot.
