I ordered dinner last night and had excellent service from beginning to end. When I called the person who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. Considering I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order, they presented me with a few choices and in no time I had a delicious dinner ordered. The delivery person arrived faster than expected and, they too, were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The pizza looked great, tasted great and my wings were just the way I like them. I can’t wait until pizza night next week. I wish I had service like this when I ordered from Dominos or Pizza Pizza. I know who to call from now on.
Their pizza is really good! It was hot, fresh, the delivery person was super nice and quick. Sometimes I forget about 241 since we have got a couple other pizza places but they are consistently delicious and fresh! I will definitely be ordering more from here!
I can’t begin to explain how much I love 241, I grew up with it in Scarborough and when I moved to this town a long time ago and it was in this town , I was so happy it was in this town and tasted better in this town. the heart and soul that goes into making this pizza in this town is incredible, the old owner was awesome and now the new owners not so new but you know what I mean they are awesome and make the pizza just as good if not better. Always awesome forever and always 241 is the best, you gotta try it, you won’t regret it, the service and respect from these people that run the place is amazing thank you 241
Can’t even comment on quality if it doesn’t get here. Having family and kids wait endlessly is disappointing to say the least. How can you enjoy anything if you’ve been waiting for over an hour? And when you do call you’re told it went out quite awhile ago? For a pizza place in a town of nothing but pizza places it’s pretty ballsy to not care about customer service. The fish stinks from the head…
In the past I have had no issues with this location but apparently recently they had a switch over of owners and they seem to be causing many problems! Placed and order for delivery online, over an hour later no delivery and they claim that they never received the order when we called them. They suggested we call the main line and they told us they see the order received on their end 65minutes ago and now the restaurant is REFUSING to send us our food since it would now be free of charge. So they’re not only difficult with customers but apparently their head office as well. Customer service with head office was wonderful but the owners of this location seem incredibly rude. Terrible way to run your business.
I ordered from 241 Innisfil for my parents this evening, 1 panzo and a medium pizza took 2 hours exactly to arrive after being ordered. I even had to call in after a hour and a half of waiting and sit on hold for a long time to hear if the order had even be made yet. Then just got told "it will be on its way soon" when the pizza finally arrived it was pretty well cold, room temperature at best. So if you want to wait 2 hours for your cold pizza and also have to call in and sit on hild to make sure it is going to even show up at all then go with 241 pizza Innisfil. Waste of time and money
Everytime I have eaten here the food is always great. It's well cooked, and flavourful. Will definitely continue to return!
Friendly owner and staff, easy ordering over the phone and ready upon pickup! The kids love them too! Walk in special - XL 1 topping pizza is great! Dough is soft and super fresh!
I LOVEE this location . They are always on time and sooooo nice. The pizza is always fresh and tastes the best . 10 stars
I actually prefer 241 over some of the other pizza places in town. Always really quick service & they make a good pie. I prefer their crust & sauce plus the 2 for 1 Tuesday is still an unmatched deal. Oh & their wings aren't terrible, not great but good for a pizza place.
