Excellent pizza with generous topping as well as excellent customer service from the lady working there.
The toppings here are SO generous… We stopped going to a different chain which we used to go to our whole life because of it…5 star just because of that. On top of it, this location is run by a super friendly family. Highly recommend
UPDATE: JAN 2023 Quality has significantly gone down : so sad. Pizza is either undercooked or overcooked, with no consistency anymore. I noticed the cooks have changed many times, and they don't look too happy working there. The passion is no longer there, and it shows in the food. I will try in a few months. ***** Wow! Totally shocked and impressed by the taste, quality ingredients, and crust. First time I ordered and will do so going forward. The local Pizzaville has dropped in quality. Ordered a LG pizza with ex-cheese, half pepperoni, and mushroom. Half bacon crumble and pineapple with extra sauce. I read the reviews and was skeptical at first, but the pizza was outstanding. PROS: Quick delivery, good customer service, you can call the store directly, extra cheese was stringy, free toppings: garlic, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, many different specials ranging from 11.99. The delivery guy was amazing and delivered it to the basement as instructed with all COVID precautions taken. CONS: Delivery fee $3.99.
This is our favourite pizza place in town, weve been going for many years and have never been disappointed. My son is externally picky and he will only have pizza from 241! Great customer service and management staff as well 10/10
This has become our new go to pizza spot. The toppings are very generous, the prices are good and it’s run by a very nice family!
First off the pizza is great and I have never had a problem with it. My concern was the delivery driver with the Grey Dodge challenger..he went through some of the prompts on the debit terminal that are meant for the customer to select. He handed me the terminal with it at "select tip amount". I still gave him a tip but he doesn't have the right to try to force it like that. Drive a different car especially if you are going to try to force it . I gave him a $10 on a $32 order and didn't get a thank-you. He should be fired .
Pizza was delicious. They were very friendly. Not vegetarian friendly at all. They use 1 pizza cutter for all their pizzas without washing it after each use. I had asked after he cut a pepperoni pizza, not to cut my pizza, and explained to him about meat juices and all that jazz vegetarians annoy people with. And after listening, he said ok, and cuts it anyways. Lovely. So if anyone does get a vegetarian pizza, just know that it'll be contaminated and don't get it for the vegetarians.
Ordered pizzas online - the night before a birthday party - to be delivered at noon the next day to a rural address paintball field and it arrived on time, delicious and very friendly service. I didn't have to follow up or think about it again at all. Took a few tries for the debit machine to get a signal, and the driver was very patient. Thanks 241 :
The absolute WORST pizza I have ever had, doughy, undercooked & NOT even cut?! Are you serious? I ordered a Detroit style pizza, i was served a mess of wet, undercooked dough with a mess of cheese on top and like.. 3 pepperoni slices... not even cut; who does that?? Will NOT be returning! Ridiculous!!
Terrible exp this place can not cook a thick crust pizza After the third mistake with undercooked pizza I've had enough not to mention I was verbal abused in Italian by an employee I demanded a refund to be confronted By a racist old Italian lady who threatened me in Italian as well as insulted my family. With racist and vulgar slurs. Absolutely a joke when they clearly undercooked the pizza for the third time. I wouldn't recommend going to this establishment after the new owners took over. Shame when new management kills a decent establishment
