We got our house inspection done by Darren and his team at the recommendation of our realtor. They were both super friendly and professional. Not only did the report provide detail on any issues with the home in text but there were also hundreds of photos taken to show exactly what the report detailed. The report also gave some tips on routine house maintenance and what upgrades should be done immediately which is very helpful as a first time buyer.  Throughout the inspection they answered any questions that we had and even let our dog join we live 90 minutes away so we didn't have to get a sitter. They also were able to help with referrals to other contractors who could fix some of the issues re: roofer, electrician. Definitely recommend them for home inspection! I had the pleasure of working with Lucas, Kendall and Mike this past weekend.  I bought a home in Calgary and was only in town for a few days from Ontario. They came over right away so that I could be there while I was still in town.  They worked together to give the house a thorough inspection.  All three of them took the time to show me what they found and explained it to make sure that I understood their findings.  The incredible report was done the same day including pictures.  I would definitely recommend them.  I feel great about buying a home that they have inspected.

Lucas & Patina did the home inspection prior to my purchasing my new home. They did a very thorough and awesome job and the detailed report provided was awesome! End result was I purchased my new home and love it. Thanks to Lucas and Twenty20, I am able to follow up on some minor issues to fix before they become major issues. They also provide recommendations on various trades people based on their experience and client reviews. Thanks to both of you for your help with my new home purchase.

It was a pleasure to have Jordan and Elliot run our home inspection.  This is my first home purchase and I wanted the unvarnished truth about the house, and they were great at finding it.  They were thorough and informative.  They went through the entire home with exquisite detail, and were very keen to have me along step by step.  I also would like to emphasize how good they are at explaining things.  They aren't rushed, and they take the time to really lay out details of what they are doing, what they are finding, and what I should be thinking about for follow up.  10/10 would recommend them.  Worth every single penny.
