2.99 Cleaners

I'm not one to write reviews, but after having the worst customer service experience of my life, I felt the need to do so. The owner's son was incredibly rude and accused me of lying to him about a stain on my tie that they didn't take out. He refused to re-clean it, so I took it to another dry cleaner down the road, who cleaned the stain this place left behind. I'm never coming back.

This cleaners returned my kids suits to me with all the stains still on them and a rip in the pants. When I went back to inquire about the poor job done, the owner was very rude, and would not refund my money. Terrible customer service and awful job cleaning clothes, don’t waste your money.

Come in here all the time the guy that works there is very nice. The service is excellent always next day service if you ever need anything the next day I would definitely suggest this dry cleaners !!!

Do not use this facility! I took my king size comforter there and when it came back, whatever they used to "clean" it made the piping bleed onto the comforter. When I complained I was told the stains were there when I brought it in. There were NO stains when I took it there. Horrible customer service, insisted they did nothing wrong and I was lying about the stains. Please save yourself grief and DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!
