1886 Chinese Fine Dining

This is a nice place for a dim sum lunch inside a casino. To visit this restaurant, you enter and walk through the casino to the second floor. It is not cheapest dim sum around but the quality is very good and well presented. They have good quality tea that match the dim sum.

Usually, All You Can EatDim Sum = disaster. We went to the new @1886vancouver with no expectations. We almost managed to try one of everything and every single dish was of very high quality. Is it worth 38.88/person though? Probably not but you have to splurge once in a while! now excuse us as we collapse into food coma

It is well decorated and trendy looking. The food had a good presentation. However in terms of cooking it can be more elegant and focus on more flavor details. The price of wine is just over the roof.

Great food, great service and the restaurant is beautiful. Very Vegas like. A bit pricey for what you get though.

Good experience but a bit pricy for the dim sum. If you have clients or family visiting, it’s worth the treat but temper expectations. If you don’t mind $12 for shrimp dumplings or $6 tea, it should be fine. Located upstairs at Parq casino.
