17 Public Square

Great food, service and ambiance. My husband and I frequent 17 Public Square when we are in the Medina area. We’ve never had a bad meal or service. We generally sit at the bar and enjoy the specials and regular menu. I love all of the burgers on the menu, but my favorite is the fig burger! The Chicago sandwich is also fantastic! The fries are so tasty, have a nice rosemary seasoning to them. I know they are looking to change their menu soon, and while most items will stay, I’m looking forward to see what yummy new creations there are!

I loved the decor, location, cuisine and experience. Went for lunch. We tried the meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, red wine and buffalo chicken salad. Everything was really good, the stuffed mushrooms were so creamy I felt it should have a special mention. I'll be back for dinner!

The food was delicious, the service was okay. We came here on a Friday night and waited about 15 minutes to get a table, not bad. The food was good. We had the soft pretzels with cheese sauce to start, the pretzels were flavorful and perfectly soft. The fried chicken was crispy and well seasoned. The fries with the burgers are so well cooked, they're crispy and flavorful. The service was ok, our waiter was friendly but it felt odd when he handed us our check before we were even halfway through our entrees, like maybe 5 minutes after they were served. I thought maybe they were closing soon and he was trying to get checks closed out, but after looking at my watch they didn't close for another hour. The table next to us was further through their meal and didn't have their check yet. Not sure what was going on but this certainly turned us off.

Love! This place is pretty amazing! The location, the ambiance, the service and of course the food is all amazing! In this day and age, it has become more difficult to find places that make you glad that you decided to splurge and eat out for a meal. The prices were quite fair with nice size portions. Service is top notch! My husband doesn't compliment much when it comes to food, but he absolutely loved the fig burger!

Great lunch spot. Mac n cheese was so creamy, meatball sub was gooey, and the fries are amazing! Our waitress who had just come back from college was so sweet. Would definitely go back.

This restaurant is right on the square in Medina so it's location is perfect. The atmosphere is chill with fun & cozy decor. It's clean & the staff is great, which are two of the most important traits of a restaurant for me. Food was beautifully plated & delicious. Prices are about the same as most restaurants right now, which is on the higher end, but I would definitely go back again. Some food is worth it.

The whole experience was great. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly wait staff and the food couldn't get any better! I ordered the Goat Cheese Burger, medium well, with house fries. The fries are fresh and so tasty. The burger was prepared perfectly and the honey goat cheese spread was amazing! A highlight in Medina.Food: 5/5

Absolutely NASTY. For starters there was a HAIR laced through the lettuce for my sandwich. I took a pic if you zoom in you can see the hair although it is difficult to spot in the pic. Nausea inducing experience. The tomato for my sandwich looked like it was pulled out of a trash can. It was old and falling apart. Gross. The sandwich itself was a grilled chicken sandwich. It was the size of a slider. The fries were cold and soggy. No one was in the place. They KNEW EXACTLY what they were serving me. SHAMEFUL. Prices were outrageous. Food was returned for a refund due to hair. Left feeling nauseous. I do NOT recommend this place. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

My wife and I had been to this location many times before planning our wedding in the downstairs area. Food has always been great along with the service but during our reception they out did themselves. Food was some of the best I’ve ever had at an event let alone a wedding where timing is everything. They had steaks all prepared to the correct liking for each guest and everyone had their food in time to eat together. Which was no small task for 50 some guests. The salmon and steak was delicious and our guests raved about it. I heard many say they would be back to have dinner upstairs, they were that impressed. Our servers Steven and Josh couldn’t have been nicer nor more attentive to all of our needs or wants. We had the best time that night 10-23-21 and are so thankful we picked this location to host our wedding. Susan the event planner is amazing and couldn’t done it with out you. Thanks to all the staff and owners!!!

This is a great place with so many unique dishes!!! I couldn’t wait to try this restaurant!!! We had the stuffed mushrooms and Mediterranean pita, but we had them make into a sandwich!!! It was so good!!!! The stuffed mushrooms were excellent!!! The Mediterranean sandwich had roasted peppers, banana peppers, olives and feta cheese!!! So good!!! Our server, Steven, was excellent and very attentive!!! Great place to try!!! Oh, and they have gourmet Mac and cheese which I’m taking home to hubby!!!
