Everything is smooth until a real problem arises , For some repair in our unit to be done by the landlord for a month we lived in a unit with a broken wall in the kitchen then we were asked to leave the unit, claim our insurance and find our own accomodation for few weeks as they wanted to make repairs in the unit, obviously the insurance company denied the claim. I refused to leave the unit as this was no fault of ours and after calling their corporate office , they decided to give an accommodation in other building and promised no rent for these periods but later went back on their words and saying that we shifted you to a higher rent building and rent is not waived in this case. There are no rules in the building in case of a problem they say something do something else you will be screwed for their own benefit or when they are at fault although they have a guest suite which they should use in these cases but they rent it out for money rather than helping the tenants in times of need. Building management is not at all good.
I had a couple problems with the furniture and the staff but they call me to hear and validate my concerns, offer solutions and seem very flexible and undertanding, priorizing our satisfaction with the unit and their services. I feel really happy about this because it show that they care for their tenants
If I could I wouldn't give one star on Google because my experience for this 160-Chaepel building was very difficult, tiring and disappointing.nnTo the people who want to rent a 160-shepel condo in this yacht, I would like to express my bitter disappointment that the staff and Munihar are very demanding and demanding. I checked again, and they asked me for a bank statement, even though I spent a lot of time in front of the bank and sent them a bank statement, I went there twice from a distance, and it doesn't matter that we like this building and its surroundings, which we insist on being accepted, and the owner accepted our case. slow down, they didn't have it, otherwise, they will take the same documents from me. They accepted the two apartments I visited in Dabagar, but we liked it there.nAnd I hope this is not the case for you and that this comment is a slap in the face of its employees and managers.

Had a great experience with JC Mande who fixed our cupboard door and oven/stove. He was friendly, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything works perfectly now. Extremely satisfied ! Thank you JC !!
