2016 Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose $40
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes this dry sparkling is made in the traditional champagne method. Dosage is 0.5% rs

Dry Gewürztraminer -$15
Apple, pear, and honey notes. A completely dry, traditional German white wine that pairs well with spicy foods and is refreshing.

2016 Gewürztraminer -$15
A refreshing off-dry wine with big floral aromas. Geared towards the white wine drinker who doesn’t like so much acidity. Luscious, fruity and smooth.

Hopped Gewurztraminer - $22
A unique, delicious wine. Gewurztraminer gets an herbal treatment to make this wine smooth and fruity with a hint of hops.

2016 Pinot Noir -$25
Just over 20 years ago this varietal started it all for the Bolton family. Aromatics consist of ripe strawberry with a hint of spicy plum. The pallet starts of soft and builds to a spicy finish that lingers. Not overly tannic or acidic.

Meristem -$20
Meristem is a medium bodied blend of our Pinot Noir and Merlot varietals from our estate vineyard. This predominantly Pinot Noir wine has been blended with merlot to lighten its acidity and add stronger dark fruit character. Makes for a great everyday drinker.

High Tension - $20
This big, full-bodied red is a blend of our Syrah, Barbera, Merlot, & Primitivo varietals from our Columbia River vineyard. Contains both French and American Oak barreled wine.

2014 Barbera- $35
Fruit forward and well balanced. Rich fruit flavors however moderate levels of acidity and tannins. Aromatic notes of stone fruits. Bold enough to drink on its own yet delicate enough to be enjoyed with a great steak. Aged in 100% neutral French and American oak barrels.

2014 Syrah- $35
A smooth rich wine with round berry and pepper flavors. Aged in French and American oak. This wine is medium bodied and fruit forward. This wine is well balanced with medium tannin and acid character.

2015 Primitivo $35
Bold, smooth and robust. Full bodied with a great nose of blackberry, smoke and spice.

2014 Syrah Reserve - $48
Rich and oh so smooth. A great wine for sipping slowly or for pairing with a big juicy steak. Soft notes of pepper alongside deep flavors of bing cherries and a long lasting finish.

All of our wines are produced from estate grown grapes farmed by the family patriarch. Winemaker Colter Bolton and his wife Lacey opened the 15 Mile Winery tasting room during the summer of 2013.
