Best artists around beautiful work can't wait to go back

Very friendly and casual, but clearly professionals. Had work done by Chad, it's not yet done but I'm extremely happy with it so far and I'm very picky about tattoos. He finished a piece for my mom too and she's thrilled with it. I got to watch the whole process and it was done very cleanly. Worth every penny.

Had a cover up tattoo done here. 2 sessions,  Very good work, so happy with the result. Was a super relaxing experience. Everyone is very laid back, and the people are fantastic. It's more like hanging out with a group of friends than being a customer. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Great people, comfortable & relaxed setting + excellent artists & professionalism = awesome experience. Been there multiple times now.  Definitely going back. I would like some ink from everyone at this shop eventually.

I have been to this studio twice for myself and once for my partner and we both got some seriously well done tattoos from both Chad and Jenn! The staff is great, the shop is a clean and comfortable environment and I would fully recommend to everybody!

Great service took us right away even though it was her break will definitely be back!

Went back today to get some touch up done on my tattoo that was done in November.  Sooooo happy!!!! A flat rate of $20 and had lots of details done.  I strongly recommend 13th Hour and think Scott Hart is great!!! Was my first tattoo but won't be my last.
