My experience living here has been utterly disappointing, largely due to the negligent and rude property management team, which has caused me significant inconvenience. In less than a month, two of my packages went missing. Despite the property management’s promise to investigate the surveillance footage, I received no follow-up. When I reported the second package missing, they completely ignored my email, showing a complete lack of concern.nnFurthermore, there was a water leak from the unit above, requiring repair work to be done inside my suite. This caused considerable disruption, yet when I asked the manager when the dehumidifier would be removed from my room, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and inefficiency further highlights the irresponsible and discourteous behavior of the management team.nnClearly, the management here is not only ineffective but also indifferent to the problems and concerns of the residents. There has been no apology or compensation offered for the inconvenience caused. It is evident that the needs and complaints of tenants are not a priority for them.nnIf you are considering moving in here, I strongly advise against it. You should be prepared for your packages to go missing or be stolen, and for your concerns to be ignored. The property management here is not only inefficient but also extremely rude and unhelpful, with no intention of taking responsibility or offering reasonable solutions.
WORST MAINTENANCE SERVICE EVER! If you move in here be ready for the maintenance to come into your apartment without any notice, move your stuff around, use you towels to clean and leave your apartment unlocked when leaving. And building manager doesn’t give a damn about it, and impossible to reach. You’d be leaving voicemails and sending emails and being ignored completely.
I have been literally calling every day for 3 weeks to schedule an online tour, I even told them that only a video of the unit I was interested in was enough because I am out of town and the current administrator who is a woman has only called me back once saying that she would send me information to my email, although I send her my information by message she simply IGNORES everything, I even filled out the form on the website at least 2 times to receive information and NO ONE follows up.... Very bad attention besides his bad attitude when he answered the call....nHire a new manager !!!!
Freaking noise from ceiling drives me crazy every single day.nI love everything but the only thing I hate is noise. Its 2am and I woke up because of the freaking noise from other units.nnI reported this to the management several times but no one could help with the matter.nnIf you are sensitive to the noise, BIG NO NO.nFyi Im not even that sensitive person about sounds...
Michael and Elise were very friendly and extremely helpful; they made finding the right apartment easy and answered my questions thoroughly. The apartment itself was nice, and it was very secure so I always felt safe! However, parking is a major issue. I would definitely not move into this building unless you can secure an underground spot. Anytime I had guests they would have to circle the building sometimes 3-5 times, and rarely could ever find a spot; there is also no visitor parking. The elevators were consistently broken for days on end. The parkade wasn't cleaned until mid-July this year. The building has no amenities, so in my opinion the rent is way overpriced in comparison to other apartment complexes in the area that have several amenities. The move out process was also difficult. They lied to me and said they had mailed out my DD, and then several weeks later contacted me to say an automatic withdrawal didn't go through for a previous rent payment so they were keeping my DD, and I had an outstanding balance. They said this was because the apartment was bought out by another company and it was missed. I was happy to clear it up, but property management was very rude to me about it. Hopefully they can learn and improve in the future!
