Room had No Hot Water!  Was in Omak for  my sons Wedding. Tried to take a shower, no hot water. Called room service they said they would send someone.  No one ever came! Tried to call again to see if I could be moved to another room! No answer, let it ring forever. Finally washed my hair in the sink. At check out again explained no hot water. Was told it has been an issue in some rooms. She refused to give me my receipt saying the hotel manager would need too approve and apply a discount.  My credit card was charged full price! I attempted to reach the manager at her desk phone and cell, no one ever answered or returned my call.  I have disputed the charge through my credit card.  There are several reviews and the desk clerk mentioned the hot water has been a problem.  They could have just moved me to another room but instead  of trying to resolve the issue they completely ignored me but charged my card. I will also be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint!  If the water is not working  don't put  customers in the room, don't ignore the customer and then charge full price! This was rented for  my sons wedding!  It was important to shower! Jeez! Really!

I would like to first say that my wife and I  enjoy visiting this property. We have stayed at this property on three occasions and most certainly will return again. On our recent trip this weekend we headed for a two night stay at a small establishment we enjoy. Understand we were well informed of the inconsistent hot water issues and would deal with it as we did in November. Upon arriving we stopped by the PAC to gather any vouchers we had, then stopped by the front desk at around 3:10 to check status of our room. The young lady with a nice disposition let us know it was not ready and that check-in was not until 4:00pm, so we headed into the casino. At around 4:10 my wife went to check-in and was informed that the room was not available yet, but should be shortly. After about 45 minutes we finally got to our room and found it pretty rough smelling. I went to my truck and got some air fresher, spayed the room and headed for a night of fun. We returned to our room at about midnight and found the smell was that of raw sewage coming through the HVAC system. We went back down to the front desk and asked the only front desk person to have maintenance check it out. We returned at around 1:30 in the morning and found it even worse. My wife went to the front desk to let them know we could not stay in room 203 and needed a new room. The very nice young lady from the front desk came up to check out the issue and immediately went to work getting us out of that room. This is our second issue with a suite room and don't know if I would reserve a suite again. My rating is higher then most might have given because of the issue, but we do like visiting this place. One thing we are disappointed of is the restaurant is still being closed.

What a cute, little club! The rooms look nice too. Unfortunately, there's still no hot water. You'd think that being able to take a shower in your hotel room is a given, but not there. After nine months, this problem hasn't been resolved. Complacent management's only solution is to post lies.

We have been to this casino hotel numerous times in the past.  This time was my husband's first time back after suffering a debilitating stroke.  We arrived a bit early and hoped to check in because he was exhausted.   It seemed to be a big deal for the staff to make this to happen,  even though we agreed to pay which is ridiculous when a room is ready and sitting empty.  When we went to the pool we were very disappointed to see that neither handicapped lift was functioning.  We spoke to the desk and were told they were working on it, amd waiting for parts.  These lifts are rusted and look to have been out of order for years.  My understanding is in Washington State all hotels must have functional lifts in their pools.  Overall it was pretty disappointing.   We are going to give it another try this coming weekend, so I guess we will see if those parts for the lift have come in...

Turned in my work badge at checkout instead of my room key lol. Multiple employees looked for my badge but were unable to find it … until I got a call from chase who remembered cleaning an out of place badge! Thank you so much for the great time playing black jack, the great room ,pool and wonderful customer service.

Great facility!  We have been several times and it never disappoints. Rooms are clean and spacious.  Staff is very friendly and helpful.  Special shoutout to Host, Sue Poletti who gives us outstanding service on each and every visit!Rooms: 5/5

Friendly atmosphere,the staff is helpful,all you can drink soda. I count on the freeplay and bring a few extra dollars with me to make it last a bit longer. I come to relieve stress from work, when I have a bad day from delivering packages. I work at fedex ground and another coworker goes to relieve stress from a long day. The freeplay I went from $90.00/ every week to $50/2 or 3 times a month. I've asked my host why that is but she hasn't responded yet or she don't know. And I go because it's fun for me and occasionally I win a jackpot or two and bring home that extra cash to help out with bills. But since the freeplay has dropped I don't go as often as I used and my coworker has told me the same thing. But I enjoy and have fun. Plan on going next weekendpayday but won't be bringing much because no freeplay.

Ive had good experiences at this casino. some of the staff have good communication skills and others need training. Their host Sue is excellent. Im a VIP player and she ensures I receive the best. Rooms are very good. Except faucet in sink is to far back. I’ve only been here a few times and I was impressed that the girl at fast food restaurant remembered my name. Looking forward to my next stay.

Rooms were great, and the shower was awesome.  The food in the restaurant was good and a good selection of drinks.  Karaoke night was fun.  This will be my go-to place when I'm in the area on my next trip.  Food & drinks: Good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

We stayed in the parking lot in our motorhome but enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the casino.  We would definitely stay again.  Clean and well maintained.Service: 4/5
