Poorest cab service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been using this cab for a while because it’s the only one in town I have been able to get the number of. The drivers never wear their seatbelts, so there is a constant DING DING DING your whole ride. They constantly use foul language and insult their paying customers. They drive like maniacs. It smells like a chimney in there. If they answer and they say that they will be at least 25 minutes and you say you’ll wait, the WILL NOT COME. they have done this to me four times already. One time I actually called back and they said they were closed. Ten minutes later I called again and the same lady answered.
Another thing I would like to add is that they constantly inflate their prices. They are definitely the most expensive cab company in the Peace region. High prices for horrible service. If you actually need to get somewhere and need a reliable ride, this is not the company. I am genuinely surprised that this company has been running for so long. It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve had plenty experience with this cab company and I could go on and on about how horrible this company is. If I could give this a negative amount of stars, I would. This town needs Uber.

Disgusting service. If it hits below -20 they won’t send their cabs out. If you’re going to run a business in northern Alberta, be prepared for the weather. Poor management, poor business. It’s unfortunate that northern Alberta can’t have better run businesses. Embarrassing actually.

The nauseating, smoking, overweighted and elderly female Driver is compensating her low self esteem by using derogatory comments to describe clients...
I will use her service pretty soon to record her behaviour for legal prosecution.

Poor service standards, often smoking, speeding, derogatory towards minority groups, can be very rude to customers. Call another company if possible. If not, wear earplugs and buckle up!
