100 Mile House Library Branch

I like the staff. I wish they had more tween books (for example, all the Harry Potter books). I would like there to be more programs for kids, but older ones. (example: ages 8-14)…………

The 100 Mile House Library staff are friendly and welcoming, and it is a pleasure to visit the lovely log building flooded with sunshine. The library staff are knowledgeable and recommend books. They also cheerfully bring in interlibrary loans for me regularly. I also appreciate the magazine and reference sections. Roxy the head librarian does an excellent job of bringing in current, new books including best sellers, and the "staff picks" books shelved near the entrance are always worth reading. This facility with public meeting space, ample parking and central location make it suitable, if not excellent, for public talks and trainings and I have used it for this purpose for free. Finally, the xerophytic plantings outside the library have been instrumental in changing the appearance of our town and increasing its beauty.

We are so fortunate to have such well stocked and beautiful library. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help.
