The hospital is fine. Not usually a long wait. But mental health supports are terribly slow and often lazy. Really pushing for stays in hospital. The outside services are unreliable the workers don't respond to text or even bother to acknowledge. The workers also seem to think it's your fault for a schedule error even tho the worker texted me the time to be there. They think the drugs are an end all be all. But I can tell you from experience if you don't need to take the drugs.. don't they are damaging and have very serious health effects after long periods which they never tell you about. Like ADHD medication having cardiovascular problems after a long term use which is a serious problem when it happens. Overall they lazy super super lazy. They ultimately don't care despite what you might think. I've had enough of their lies to continue using these services. Waste of life.
Tonite I went into the hospital, because I tripped from uneven ground that had a LG divet in it. My ankle hurt so bad, I arrived around 3pm. Paul who was doing triage, was great. He was nice, caring and so so funny. He had me laughing! All the staff were fantastic there, I thought he was my type as well. So please call me , if you can get my number. Thanks.to all the other hospital staff
A employee of interior health James Donnet requested a drum from us with drum bag and beater,He told us he had to just submit invoice,After weeks of excuses about his boss running him around,she’s on vacation,she’s trying to find the money ,she’s not getting back to me,James finally returns products with no restocking charges ,Then this so call spiritual James Donnet ones our company for no reason ,Also this hand painted drum We sold to this James Donnet for $300, thought they were doing good things for people,original cost for hand painted drum and accessories was $850,
Went in with severe low back pain I couldn’t even walk. Was treated warmly at reception, then immediately triaged by a kind nurse. During my short wait to see the doctor, the nurses were kind and empathetic. The doctor was so warm and nice, and his treatment provided immediate relief to my pain. Overall, I felt better treated here than in the Lower Mainland ER I’ve been to.
Just a basic hospital. If you're really sick or have complex needs go to Kamloops. They don't have ultrasound, CT scanner or a General surgeon. Staff are friendly and do the best they can but this place needs more services!
