Building leeks . You can’t get access to to the buzzer at night . Kathy the building manger is lovely but her bosses and the condo company are usless. For 2100 a month you think you live in place without cockroaches .
Amazing building ! I have been living here for over a year and I honestly have zero complaints.nThe amenities are great and always well taken care of, the parking lot is clean and organized never a problem finding a good spot and plenty of parking for visitors.nThe location is the best! right at the center, close to everything! perfect for going out any day of the week! close to lots of companies, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, stores and close to victoria park 3min walk, but not enough that you have a problem with bugs and etc - just perfect!nI truly love living here, and could not imagine moving.
Wouldn’t recommend buying or renting here if you want to have friends or family over. We have been living here for five months without visitor park. Management claims they have four spots near the back of the building but they are always taken by U-Haul trucks.
No visiting parking made it a pain in the butt to check out listing here. The garage door opens by license plate scanning.
