Great food with local ingredients and a menu that changes every season. I really enjoyed the pasta, fish, and heirloom carrots dishes from their Winter 2022 menu. Their brunch was also delicious see photos for what I tried. Service was also wonderful. Julie is fantastic and took lovely care of my group over a number of meals had at the restaurant. Speaking of which, the interior is beautifully decorated with plant life and greenery. I hope to be back soon to try the Spring menu!

Good. Really enjoyed the view from here. Not a big fan of their food. We had Avocado toast and Egg Benedict and I can say it was about average quality. I really like to come here again on Lunch and Dinner may change my 4stars to 5 Again, the atmosphere here is amazing specially for brunch time. Restaurant design is really cool as well See you again

Good food, great ambiance & beautiful bright modern aesthetic throughout the hotel its located inside of. We visited for brunch & the food was pretty good. A major bonus is that the dishes are made using fresh, local & sustainably sourced ingredients + that this is a zero water operation. I wasn’t particularly impressed by the service. There were many servers however they were not very attentive, they tend to go hang out at the front hostess booth. I had trouble waving our server over a couple of times. To conclude, the space is absolutely beautiful & I will definitely give it another chance once they have been open longer. Their Saturday & Sunday brunch runs from 7am-4pm.

Being a hotel restaurant with appeal also to people not staying at the hotel, the food was good - this restaurant sources everything within 100km to support local produce, which I appreciate! The prices are a bit high in my opinion for the quality and taste of the food burger and fries was around $28, and all other entrees were higher in price; not to mention the cocktails were $18+ which is a bit high compared to other places in the area. The ambience was truly the best part, the decor is splendid and I loved the plants. Overall, it's a cute place to stop in, but I probably wouldn't return just for the food. *Review based on the Holiday Prix fixe menu Went there on Christmas Eve for the seasonal prix fixe menu and was delighted with the quality of the food and service. The set included 3 courses plus dessert for $75pp, which was quite reasonable for us. The main course is worth a mention - the beef cheek was melt-in-your-mouth tender and to our surprise, outdid a lot of other fine dining restaurants. According to the chef, there is a recent change in kitchen staff and a new menu will be introduced in the new year. This Holiday menu was the kitchen's first try at the new direction. Given our experience this time, I have high hopes for the establishment and will visit again in the new year to try the new menu.

1 Kitchen Toronto is a great place to come with friends for brunch. There is plenty of light coming through the conservatory-like space, creating a warm atmosphere. The restaurant focuses on local and sustainably sourced ingredients, therefore, the prices may be a bit higher than expected. I had the juiciest chicken burger at 1 Kitchen and the home fries were crunchy and flavourful.

Came here for brunch on a sunny warm day. The interior of this place is really nice and bright from the sun and from the lightings. The staff are all very kind! They had everything you’d possibly want for brunch on the menu: The plating was beautiful and the food itself was amazing! It’s such a great place to start of your day.

The decor of this place is lovely. Service is fantastic. The staff did a great job. Food was great, I truly enjoyed the French toast. One of the thing that stood out the most is the fact they don’t have a time limit for eating in. Will definitely returned

Visited the place for brunch and absolutely loved everything. The food is delicious and the staff are extremely friendly and provide amazing service. They also brew a fantastic coffee. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles. You will not be disappointed!

Great food, fabulous ambiance and amazing customer Service. We had the lamb rack, the bison sirloin and the cheese board and hands down one of the best ever had. Charles our server was one one of the best we ever had, Hailey was very friendly and great personality and Jessica the restaurant manager was very great and made us felt welcome to Canada.
