1 For 1 Pizza

I've eaten from 1 of their ottawa locations and was always satisfied. This location however caught me by surprise. 10$ for 2 small over cooked pieces of fish and fries. We gave the rest of 1 piece to the cat and threw out the rest. Presentation was horrible, quality was disgusting. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Delivery was fast, pizza was great! Didn't feel like they were cheaping out on toppings.

I order from this place online about each other month. Aside for one time in about 5 years, it was always high quality. They missed one of the topping in my last order and fixed the issue in a way that exceeded my expectations. I always thought that customer service went down the drain for many businesses since the pandemic but this one kept it up. Not the cheapest pizza but that's okay since the pizzas are great. Easy to order online.

I do not recommend this take out!! We received a pizza with a hair built in the cheese. We called to address the situation, they sent someone back to our home , stating we were lying because none of the cooks had hair, even after we showed him the pizza we kept with the piece of hair. He then told us we wouldn’t be able to have a replacement because we through it out our pizza. He went back to his car to call his manager, brought us back a pizza and told you to never order from there again. i have never been treated like this by customer service. Do not order from here!

ordered a vegan pizza, it arrived within a good amount of time however when we took a bite the dough was clearly very undercooked. when we called back, they offered to make us a new pizza or give us a 5$ credit for our next order think we'll go with pizza pizza next time.....they've also got vegan pizza for any vegans out there lol. kinda annoyed that we'll have to wait another hour. wouldn't have been annoyed if they let us add 2 toppings for free lol. UPDATE: they gave me a free pizza so its lit
